My Razer Blackshark v2 Hyperspeed headset stopped working this morning.When I started my PC and turned on my headset, there was no sound, so it wasn't actually turning on.I only heard static, and when I tried to play a sound, there was still no sound. The static was still there, but the microphone was working.After installing new drivers, the problem persisted, and the static is still there. I've also tried disabling sound enhancement in Windows, but that didn't help.I've also tried reconnecting the headset, but that didn't work either; the static is still there, and no sound is playing.
