Every time when I turn on my headphones, the sound is very quiet, but when I change the EQ everything is fine. The same problem occurs when switching to bluetooth mode by double pressing the EQ button. The firmware is updated to the latest version, I did it several times. I also reinstalled Razer Synapse several times, but the problem remained. What should I do?

I’ve responded to your PM. Please reinstall your headset drivers, including Razer Synapse. Restart your PC, then test your headset. If the same issue persists, send me the headset serial number so I can verify its model. All the best!
