My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) Headset Appears as a Speaker

After updating the firmware, when I connect my headset via USB Wireless Dongle, Windows sees it as a Speaker. The sound quality is really bad.

When I connect via Bluetooth, Windows sees it as a headset. And the sounds are completely normal, but this time with equalizer etc. via Synapse. I cannot adjust the settings. And I want to use it wirelessly. I didn't have such a problem before updating the firmware. After doing this, it always acts as a speaker and I really can't hear any footsteps in any FPS games, everything is too loud. It's like I'm playing through a speaker. It's like the stereo is disabled.

I think the problem is related to the dongle firmware. Is there anyone who can solve this problem?

The firmware I updated: Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) Firmware Updater | RZ04-0453

I have a similar issue, hopefully they figure it out but the thing I don't understand is my speaker that I have is classified as headphones, it might also be a windows thing

I got the same issue. For a high Price wireless headset I’m very upset of that. Also, I hear more in my left ear than my right ear and it’s not a auditive problem from me. Idk how i can play with the audio balance or anything
