My Razer BlackShark V2 Pro, and Leviathan 2 X are not available for me on the Synapse app.

Since this happened I cannot hear 360 anymore, I just hear mono audio, and the quality its horrible, but I cannot change it because the headsets do not appear on the app for me to edit, it just says on my devices “NO DEVICE FOUND”. Also the press button on the headsets only changes the mode when Im listening to music on Spotify.
