Hello razer team thanks for the product but there’s one thing that when I tried to register my headset it said that product is already registered so what should I do because this is the first time I ever logged in to the razer website

My Razer blackshark v2 x headphones came without their activation code for 7.1 sound, and I didn´t my serial number of my headphones
