My Razer blackshark v2 x headset sound system completely does not work on xbox

This headset works on my pc really good but does not work on my xbox one s at all. My controllers all updated and the port where you plug your headset I think is fine. When I plug my headset in it does make a little sound same sound when I take it out. When I say the headset sound doesnt work I dont mean just in the game it doesnt work when I do something on my xbox.
