i ve tryed anything. reinstalling the softwares time by time, and the 1st time was only the dogle, now my mic doesnt work, terrible experience with those products of razer. honestly idk what to do i tryed everything and the sound sometime get worse, y unnistalled the software of usb then reset the pc and dont worked, idk what to do. updated the filmware and worked fine, the next day i cant put my headset even if is in usb normal not using the dongle
