My Razer Blackwidow v2 does not work the keys

My Razer Blackwidow v2 does not work the keys turn on but it is as if it were in demonstration mode I can not change anything or the synapse detects the lighting but I can not configure it does not work or to write only turn on the lights I press them and only the green color is visible key that I press help ....

    Just to make sure that I got it correctly, are you saying that your Blackwidow's keys won't work even when the lights are on? If so, please follow these steps:
    • Unplug the Keyboard.
    • Press and Hold the Escape button (Esc), and Caps Lock (Caps)
    • Plug in the keyboard to a USB port
    • Release all keys
