My Razer Blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed phantom edition issues

I bought the keyboard on 5th January and am currently facing 2 major issues.

  1. Battery Indicator Problem:

    • When using the wired mode, the battery indicator is green displaying a full 100% charge. However, when switching to 2.4 GHz or Bluetooth mode, the indicator gets red and the battery drops from 100% to 4%. Despite charging for four hours with a green LED indicating a full charge, the wireless mode consistently reports a low battery.
  2. Keyboard Auto-Shutdown Issue(Battery Issue):

    • In wireless mode, the keyboard shuts down after approximately 5 seconds of usage. Wired mode functions normally, but in wireless mode, the keyboard turns off after 10 seconds and turns back on only when a key is pressed when checked in synapse I can see that the battery is getting darined really quicky it goes from a 100% to 0% within those 5 seconds. Despite attempting to reset keyboard settings through the Razer Synapse and updating the frameware to the latest version, the issue persists, making it inconvenient as now I can only use the keyboard in wired mode while my primary requirement for a keyboard was the wireless connectivity.

I would to get help ASAP its just been 18 days since I got this keyboard :(
