i have 3 issues on my razer blackwidow v3 mini, here is the detail:
1. battery indicator issue.
when i use wired mode, the battery indicator detected 100% fully charged, and when i switch to 2.4 ghz mode/bluetooth mode, the battery indicator change to 4%, before i tried this, i have charged my keyboard for 4 hours, and the led indicator showing green light, which means the battery is already fully charged, but when i used wireless mode, the battery is still detected only 4% battery.

2. my razer blackwidow v3 mini bluetooth mode wont pairing in any devices.
the second issue is i cannot connect bluetooth mode into my laptop, before i was trying to connect bluetooth mode to my laptop by pressing fn, bluetooth, and 3, and it worked, but after i use bluetooth mode in my laptop, i tried to "remove device" from my laptop bluetooth setting, after that, i tried to repairing again into my laptop and it wont work, i tried to use other bluetooth device in my laptop, i tried to connect and remove device, and i tried to repairing again, and it worked, but when i tried with my razer blackwidow mini v3 it wont repairing again, and then i switch laptop, i tried to use other laptop to connect bluetooth mode in my razer blackwidow v3 mini keyboard, but it wont work, my keyboard wont pairing bluetooth mode in any devices.

3. My keyboard keep turning off after like 10 seconds.
the third issue is my keyboard always turning off after 10 seconds when i used in wireless mode, when i used wired mode, my keyboard is normal, but when i used wireless mode my keyboard keeps turning off after 10 seconds, and back turn on after i click any keywords, this is very annoying, ive tried to reset my keyboard settings in razer application, i tried to remove settings, and add new settings, but it wont work, it still turning off after 10 seconds, and turn on back if i press on any keywords.

Did you already try updating its firmware? If not yet, you can follow the steps here. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you address the problem.
