I bought Razer blackwidow v4 75% about 1 year ago the rgb worked fine. Right now the rgb light stop lightning up but all the keys are working completely fine. I tried to reboot my laptop, unplugged the usb, and tried all the usb ports in my laptop and it light up until i turn off my laptop then turn it on and the RGB won't light up again. I really nees your assistant. I have already tried all the step in your segment but i won't work.
