I  tried repairing razer synapse and also didnt work

Please try to perform a clean reinstallation of the Razer Synapse here. If that doesn’t help, PM your device serial number and gather the Synapse logs from your PC by following the steps in this link. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here.
