my razer blackwidow x chroma thinks its a black widow ultimate

my razer blackwidow x chroma thinks it's a black widow ultimate, the chroma no longer works and it is undetectable by razer synapse 3 and if I use razer synapse 2 it says it's a blackwidow ultimate, I've searched everywhere for drivers for the blackwidow x but there are literally none online. What am I supposed to do?

Check if there is a duplicate driver from your Razer keyboard in your Windows device manager. Ensure to retain the driver under the keyboard field and delete the other copy if present. Also, if you don't have other devices that need the Razer Synapse 2.0, you can uninstall the application. I’ll be locking this thread now.
