I know this is a rather bizarre issue

but my razer laptop suddenly develop this issue of not letting me enter alphabet/symbols when sign-in.

It worked perfectly yesterday but when I tried to enter my log-in Pin for the laptop (my PIN was a combination of letters only) today, it said “Something went wrong code: 0x80284001” and asked me to reset my PIN.

I reset the PIN but when I tried to do so, somehow my keyboard didn’t work and I was only allowed to enter a combination of numbers only.

Has anyone got an idea what’s going on with this please? 

For the record, I don’t use any external keyboard or mouse so these can’t be the cause.
