My Razer Blade 14 is probably having GPU issues.

I have a Razer Blade 14 (2022) which had been working just fine until yesterday when I tried to connect it to an external monitor. The first issue was that it wouldn’t detect the monitor, so while trying to fix that, I switched the GPU mode from Nvidia Optimus to Dedicated gpu only. That was when my screen started showing white, and sometimes coloured, twitchy stripes. However, when I switched back to Nvidia Optimus, the stripes vanished, and going back to GPU only mode made the problem reappear. I tried to play some demanding games with the Optimus mode and the FPS were very low, probably as if only the CPU integrated graphics were working

. Trying to fix this new problem, I updated both AMD’s and NVIDIA’s drivers, uninstalled them and installed again, reset windows to factory settings, but it didn’t solve anything. That was yesterday.

The first time I turned it on today, it had the expected stripes, but when it should have showed the windows lock screen, just the boot sound played and nothing was on the screen, not even the stripes. The only way I got it to show something on the screen was booting it using Windows Safe Mode (the stripes were still there). I would guess the GPU is what’s causing everything.

I searched a lot to see if someone has had the same issue, but it seems not.

I can provide more images and videos of the issue if needed.

Where did you purchase this device from a dealer or from an authorized outlet of the company?

Do you have a warranty for the device?

Why didn't you contact their technical support?

I bought it while I was living in Australia from Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd, but now I'm living in Brazil, so the warranty is lost. I've contacted Razer Support in Brazil but I haven't received any response
