My razer blade 14 logo light cannot be turned on automatically

Everytime I power-on my razer blade 14, the keyboard RGB will be turned on. However, the logo only can be turned on manually (even I preset the logo is on in razer synapse). Anyone can help to solve it ? Thank you ao much!

    If you've already set it up on Synapse's System Tab under Lighting for the logo to be on static or breathing, and it's still not turning on. Then, I think performing a clean reinstallation of your Synapse should do the trick to fix this. Should the issue persists, send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into a model-specific fix for this. Let's continue from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
