My Razer Blade 15” (2020) | RZ09-03519 can’t turn on

Hello, Razor users.

My younger brother decided to play some games while I when to the shop. When I returned from the store, he said he heard a spark from the charging port and the laptop died. 
 

Problems that I know exist:

  • old battery (drains so quickly)
  • overheating problems 
  • I get small electrical shock from the surface of the laptop when charging 

I have always have it plugged in whenever I am using it because I usually have Adobe softwares and games running most of the time when I am not doing school work (which I do not use the charger). Can anyone help me diagnose the real issue? Is it the charger, battery, charging port, wiring?

 

I live in Fiji and the technician I visit had no compatible parts for the repair. Your help will be much appreciated.

I can’t turn on the laptop while connecting the electric supply.. I would like to pay the repair fee & please let your technican contact me for repair.  Thanks
