My Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2019) FPS slowly goes down

The first day i bought it the product was great, but after a years, the fps is like very low. Most of the AAA games of today i get around 30-40 fps. I ran a benchmark it says this Could this be a hardware issue?

    The laptop is highly likely thermal throttling. Have you tried cleaning it recently? I highly recommend that you open it up to remove any dust build-up. If I'm right, the laptop should perform as good as it used to after a quick cleaning session.
