Hello. I bought Razer Blade 15 Advanced.

It has 240Hz display, RTX2070 max-q, and optical key switches. It has really nice specs and I like it.

I enjoyed playing games with it. But a few days ago,

I tried to turn it on normally, but it does not turn on.



I contacted South Korea service center and they said it seemed some parts of laptop board burned.



I did not use it the way in which purpose does not expected. I just played game. I didn't handle it with unexpected way.



The laptop has clean exterior. It proves that it does not get damage by drop or high pressure. So external factors are not related to this problem.

I am sure that internal problem is the reason of my laptop fallen.



I bought it this May so it has its warranty. It does not get any external damage. I think it can be covered by razer warranty. Can I get RMA service for it?



I have paper receipt of it because I bought it in offline store.

I sent my name, email address, address, phone number, product s/n, charger s/n, date of purchase, store of purchase, and many photos.

I sent photos to prove that I never drop or pressure it. It was broken by itself. I do not have any responsibility related to it. I want to get a working machine for my gaming. Can I get rma service?
