I bought this years ago, and I registered it when I bought it. I have recently even contacted support looking for a replacement A/C Adapter for the laptop (of course it’s discontinued and no longer available officially so I had to buy a third party power adapter) and they were able to see my device on my account. Why is not showing up now? I just want to install firmware updates
