TL:DR: mouse is no longer connecting properly and often disconnects and reconnects, but has some occassions that will stay connected for a good period of time till I have to turn the laptop off. I have done every option to check if it's driver, hardware, software, or conflicting issues. But my guess has something to do with the wiring or the mouse itself.
My Razer Cobra (USB cable) has this disconnecting and reconnecting issue just a month or so ago, it hasn't even been half a year since I bought it. I have a guess that it all started because I left my laptop on till it died while it was still connected to the laptop (which isn't too long, like an hour or two if left idle). But my other mice and keyboards don't have this issue, only specifically my only Razer Device so that rules out the USB port issue. It was 2 weeks ago that it started to get worse, like just leaving it alone just eat for 30 minutes. I can hear the disconnect and reconnect sound of windows very frequently every 1-2 seconds.
I have checked various methods to fix the issues that were stated from other users’ experience which to no effect on my issue. Though, I noticed that when I plug in my mouse, it has a faint light on the tracker, there's not sound indicating it connected. (still unusable. The LED backlight of the mouse usually tells me other than the connecting sound that it's working)
