My Razer Cobra isn’t working properly. I switched from Viper Mini to Cobra a few weeks ago. And I had problems immediately. At first I thought it was my own PC’s issue, so I tried reinstalling the drivers, Synapse, etc., but it didn’t work. When i plug in the Cobra to my pc it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting until it stops functioning entirely. When it stops functioning, it doesn’t even show up in the device manager in Windows.
This problem seemed to be fixed after I uninstalled Synapse 3, but it came up again out of nowhere.
I checked other threads on support, and it seems like a few others have this exact same issue too. How can I get my mouse to work again, or is it my Cobra that is causing the problem?

My Viper Mini is working perfectly in my PC as i am using it right now.

Please follow the steps from this article: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/592/. Ensure to install the Razer Synapse 4 with version 4.0.86.2508050339 with Chroma version 4.0.63.2508050337. Try removing all Razer-related files from your PC by downloading and installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, please reinstall the Razer Synapse 4 and see how it goes. Otherwise, send me a video showing the issue and the serial number of the device. You can upload the file to any online hosting site, like Google Drive or Imgur, then paste the shareable link in your PM.
