my razer controller has stopped working (kinda)
so i bought a razer wolverine tournament edition i think two years ago for Xbox, and now the b button has started to degrade, there is only a certain way to press it for constant working. but it doesn't make sense that it would start to happen so suddenly, if anyone can tell me why or how to fix it, that would be brilliant.
has anyone else had a problem before as well

Does the behavior happen across your games? Do you see any physical deformation or fraying on the cable and any changes in the tactile feedback of the button? Please note that this is highly likely a hardware issue. That said, send me the serial number of the controller. I can use that to look into possible solutions.
