Hi I have downloaded razer cortex 10 beta ....but whenever I open it it crashes
this is written crash file:

Before we start, could you please provide us with your system logs?
To do so, please search 'Event Viewer on your Windows PC search bar, in the pop-up window, please go to Windows Logs > Application, Then, find all 'Error', if there is more than one Error, please use ctrl to select all 'Error's and right-click to 'Save Selected Events'.
I attach an image for reference.
After you successfully save them, please zip them and upload them to a cloud service.
