I'm in the last version with all of the Razer Cortex things turned on and I continue to not contabilize the hours/minutes played. I try to execute as administrator too, and it doesn't work. Please, help!

  • Could you upload your Cortex logs to a cloud service (e.g. dropbox/one drive/google drive)? Please send us the log link in your PM for further investigation?



I would PM a simple guide to help you upload logs if you need it.
