My Razer Cynosa Has Issues.

My C key acts the same as my left alt. for some reason, randomly, the c key just became alt basically. I dont know why. Ive done all the basic fixes. Rebooting, unplugging and switching usbs, and trying it in another pc. I believe its a firmware issue, but idk how to reset it. It also exists on my login screen so its not synapse. Please assist, thanks.
