My Razer DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed 2.4ghz/Bluetooth Keep disconnecting and reconnecting

Razer DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed doesn’t work with 2.4ghz and bluetooth

The issues :

1. Disconnecting and Reconnecting repeatedly
    

What I tried (any solutions found from internet):

1. Plugging in the mouse into another PC/Laptop. And still doesn’t work

2. Tried resetting my mouse to factory default settings.

   • Through holding down mouse button shortcuts. And still doesn’t work

3. Cleaned the sensor/surface from internet recommended. And still doesn’t work

4. Trying a different surface (tables/papers/2-3 mouse pad). And still doesn’t work

5. Used a different mouse. 

   • Cheap 10$ mouse. It’s working fine

   • L******* mouse. It’s working fine

   • Pen Mouse (for drawing). It’s working fine

   • Plugged back Razer mouse And still doesn’t work….

6. Tried using the mouse with/without Razer Synapse closed. And still doesn’t work….

7. Tried restarting my PC. And still doesn’t work…

8. Tried Uninstall/Reinstall both Razer Synapse/ Drivers.  And still doesn’t work.

9. Tried change new batteries with AA/AAA types. And still doesn’t work.

10. Tried DeathAdderV2Pro_FirmwareUpdater. It’s can not connect to mouse because It’s keep connecting / disconnecting

11. Tried Razer USB Hyperspeed Dongle Utility. It’s can not connect to mouse because It’s keep connecting / disconnecting

So. Above all, what I'm trying to do is fix the problem. I still can't use the mouse.
I just received this mouse on 03-02-2023 and it has been a very bad experience on many occasions. This will be the last time I try to fix the problem. But the result still didn't work....so I opened this ticket. If support can help to gain my trust razer product. and hope fully to get some good mouse device for working/gaming….
