my razer deathadder v3 keeps disconecting and reconnecting all the time making games unplayable

it started randomly one day and has continued. It doesn't correspond to any movements and all my drivers and firmware up to date for the mouse

Hi there, ​@Jesusorjim!Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. Also, does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds along the way.*Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
