I recently got my mouse in the mail and after setting things up and updating everything I noticed that no matter what I did the mouse would not connect to the 2.4 ghz dongle. I tried reinstalling the software, deleting drivers, and leaving the mouse alone to charge but nothing has worked so far. The only time the mouse is usable is when I have it connected directly to my pc.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having problem using your new Razer mouse in wireless. Try updating its firmware by following the steps here and make sure to update the Synapse app so it can fetch updates for your device as well.
