What do I need to do to get it to charge?

My Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro won't charge anymore.

This most likely has something to do with the battery level or battery health. A fully depleted battery typically takes about 4 hours to charge. Please try charging the mouse for that duration using the original cable that came with it. If the problem persists after that, send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse so I can verify its warranty status.
