My Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard won't turn on. To get it to work, I have to connect a USB cable, and then it stays on.

Please bear with me for a bit. What color is the power indicator when you’re charging your keyboard? Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the power issue you're currently experiencing?
