Regarding the Razer Gold gift card code redemption issue, please contact our Razer Gold Support Team by submitting a ticket or via Live Chat. simply click the green chat button at the bottom right—to get this resolved in real time. Please ensure you include all relevant information and photos of the gift card with the code. Kindly follow the specifications below:

1. Everything has to be a separate image.
2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
