My Razer Gold didnt add up

Hey, I do a topup 2 times, the first time from duniagames.co.id, and the 2nd via razer website using OVO. Both of them didnt add up my razer gold. Ive tried to call the customer service 7 times but they didnt pick it up. I hope this issue will fixed / i get my money refunded. Thanks
