hello, It's been four days since my Razer gold wallet was disabled, and it's been days since I finished and submitted the requirements that they require. I've already chatted and had a conversation with three agents in the live chat, but there has been no update. Can someone help me with this? I am quite frustrated and disappointed.

It’s been 1 week and 3 days since my account got disabled, I already submitted a lot of requirements but still it’s not fix.

Today I try to purchase a game item many times for maple story M unsuccessful. And I find out my wallet disabled. Is anyway to fix up?

And I send a support ticket already.
