My Razer Hanbo Chroma AIO not showing in Synapse

Hi! I got Razer Hanbo Chroma AIO to use with my Tomahawk ITX. Since these devices need internal 9-pin USB header to make it controllable in Razer Synapse. I decided to get NZXT Internal USB Hub 3 to get them plugged. I have encountered the problem that my Tomahawk case is showing as normal in Synapse which allows me to control its RBG lighting, but my AIO doesn't appear. Here's what I have tried to troubleshoot. 1. I plugged my Tomahawk ITX's USB cable to my MSI MPG B550i's 9-pin header and it worked normally in Synapse. 2. I did the same to my Hanbo Chroma AIO and it also worked. 3. But when I plugged them into Internal USB Hub to get them worked together, my Tomahawk case is working normally and controllable in Synapse while my Hanbo Chroma doesn't appear in Synapse :( 4. I used Razer detect tool and fresh install Synapse, but not worked. 5. I even did fresh install my Windows 11 and it's still not working. Please help! How to fix it?
