when im playing fortnite my razer hunstman TE keeps disconnecting. im not sure whether this is a faulty keyboard or if i need to turn a setting on or do something different, but ive tried many things and it will not stop disconnecting.

If you haven't, please connect the keyboard to a different USB port or another computer and see if the issue persists. Does it happen while playing Fortnite?
