Okay so I bought this Razer huntsman mini on October 3rd 2023 from Walmart brand new so it's not even a year old yet and it's just stopped working. I've put it into dev mode and it lights up plus it's responding to specific keys but whenever I take it out of dev mode no lights and it's not responding on my pc. I've plugged it in with different cords and into a different pc still doesn't work. I've also deleted and re-downloaded the Razer software application and I tried to download new drivers onto it but again my pc isn't picking it up even in my windows device manager. I've even tried looking at the mother board and unplugged and re plugged in everything along with cleaning, still doesn't work. Never have spilled anything on it and before today I haven't even taken off a keycap. Any ideas that might help? Oh also when it first stopped working and I used a different cord my pc picked it up and gave me a notification that said a new device was detected but there was an error. The keyboard worked for a solid 10 seconds after that then stopped since.
