Hello razer community,
my keyboard randomly stopped working for no reason. When i connect the keyboard i need to press FN key for the keyboard to be to connected even after that the device shows up as RAZER BOOTLOADER in bluetooth and other devices settings. In device manger the device name is different i couldnt even find it . I had remove and plug back in the keyboard to find the device. I tried contacting the their agent but no one could do anything. Also there is no firmware update for huntsman v2 tkl for some reason while other huntsmans do. Please someone help. I have attached both bluetooth settings and device manger screenshots.
