My Razer Huntsman V3 Pro keyboard main buttons isn't working.

The problem started this morning after months of use: first, the Backspace key stopped registering. Then, after I opened Razer Synapse, half the keyboard stopped working, followed by the entire thing, except for the extra buttons and the dial. I’ve tried everything: reinstalling Razer Synapse multiple times, restarting the computer, switching USB ports, switching to the other cable, connecting it to a different PC, performing a hard reset, disabling Rapid Trigger, and so on, nothing has helped. What could be wrong with the keyboard, and how can I fix it? I cannot send it in for a warranty claim right now and likely won't be able to for quite some time, but if this is a hardware issue rather than a software one, please provide information that might help me fix it. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that your keyboard has become progressively unresponsive. To help determine whether this is a hardware or software-related issue, could you please provide the following information:

1. When you connected the keyboard to a different PC, did the same issue occur, even before installing or opening Razer Synapse?
2. Are the non-working keys completely unresponsive, or do they occasionally register inputs?
3. Do the affected keys still appear to respond in any way, such as changing RGB effects when pressed?
