My razer kiyo does not connect to my pc properly

I plugged in my razer kiyo today and all i could get it to do was turn on the ring light but nothing else. I don’t see it in my device manager and in my razer synapse its just marked as disconnected. Since then i changed the port it from 2.0 to 3.0 and removed it from razer synapse and the light has since stopped working. 

 

any fixes or advice would be helpful if it’s broken oh well

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. Also, is it possible for you to try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your Kiyo’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
