My Razer Kraken Kitty Edition is disconnecting all the time - software issue

Hi there, ever since I bought my Razer Kraken Kittys last year, they have been disconnecting and resetting all the time. The razer synapse software, when monitored, just loses the headphones for a while, and then they're back. Additionally, they make a clicking noise when it happens. Working on some tests, I have deducted that it is a software issue. When the headphones are selected especially, for example through the CS:GO audio output selector, they disconnect and reconnect, without audio. Does anybody have a similar, or the same, issue, and how can I fix this? Thanks, Tim

Hey, have you tried doing a clean re-installation of Synapse and Audio Drivers? I highly suggest following the steps in this guide to fix this issue.
