My Razer Kraken TE headphones microphone sounds bad?

I had purchased the razer kraken TE and everyone tells me that my mic quality sounds terrible, i had trouble with the microphen being way too quiet, however I had fixed that by udating my drivers. Now the only issue is that it sounds bad. I love Razer but just wish this would work for me. Thanks for any and all help :D

How bad is it? Do you mind sending me a sample recording via PM along with the serial number of your headset?

I have the exact same issue. I just bought my Kraken TE and the microphone sounds awful. I am returning them for sure. I own the first Razer Kraken and everything sounds great. This is a more expensive version, yet the microphone is terrible.

The mic quality issue is highly likely caused by the software and our Dev Team is already working on Synapse update to improve if not totally fix this.
