My Razer Kraken Ultimate make a click sound.

So I just bought my Razer Kraken Ultimate online from a store in my country. I just plugged them in and they worked amazingly. The sound is perfect and everything, except one thing. When I change songs or when some frequencies change in the song like from a high vocal to bass my headphones fail for a fraction of a second and then they emit an electric click noise like they lose connection. I tried changing the port and the problem wasn't solved. I want to know if it is from the headphones or it is something with the software itself
