My razer kraken x lite broke and it feels like it was on purpose

As the title says, i bought them through an official reseller (as they claim) and EXACTLY 1 year and 3 months after almost daily use and no pressure added, my head is a bit small so i dont even need to adjust the side things and now 2 min ago as i was wearing them i felt the left ear getting suddenly loose, i checked and it was officially broken, really loved these headset, too bad im gonna lose them, what do you folks recommend getting or shall i repair them?
