doesn't show up on any of my devices as a device in the settings nor does it turn on or give off any sign of life whatsoever when plugged in. The last time it was at all active would be when it would turn on the ring light when the pc got turned on sometimes it would turn off for a bit and they turn back on. Eventually when I did try using it for OBS it was never picked up as a device I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it would show up in the settings as a device but the moment I tried using it for the camera app it would disappear again. I've already entered the product serial number but it says it is out of warrantee look I'm willing to fork over cash to have razer fix it but i see no options to get a hold of any technical member to ask for it am i just out of luck and they wont help me or tell me to buy a new one?
