My Razer Lancehead Problem

So about 2 years ago I got a Razer Lancehead and I have been experiencing some battery life issues. What I mean by that is that the Razer Lancehead is always charged, always at 100% but as soon I launch into a game for a couple of minutes the battery life drop down to 0% and unable to use my macros and keyboard functions I have on the Lancehead. Any help is appreciated.

    Hello there! Can you share a short video of the issue so we can take a clearer look? Also, have you tried using it with another PC to see if the same issue persists?
