I went to do a firmware update for my sound bar via Synapse and mid-download it turned off and malfunctioned and it won't turn back on I pressed the button, then unplugged and replugged it is there a way that I am missing because the USB-c port work but just not for the soundbar.

Did you already try to reboot your PC? You can also repair the Synapse application by following the steps here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific workarounds to help you resolve the problem. Thanks!
