I’ve had this product for about 2 years and I’ve never been able to really use it properly. When using the mouse it will randomly and frequently disconnects. Sometimes when it reconnects it will only stay connect for a few seconds. This makes gaming very difficult and I often just use my old mouse instead. I had a period where it stopped but that only lasted for a few months and now its back to disconnecting again. I’ve follow all the recommendations from Razer support about don't have cell phones and metallic objects near it but this hasn’t helped at all.

I can get it to reconnect by moving it to the far left or far right of the mousepad. But doing this at least once every 15 minutes is frustrating. and advice would be helpful.
