My razer nabu watch is not syncing properly.

After connecting my nabu watch and putting the 4 numbers that the application asks for, after a few seconds it gives me a synchronization error and I can't do anything.

My phone: Samsung Galaxy J7 2016 (Android 8.1)
App: Raxer Nabu Watch

Restart and reinstall the app and I tried connecting it manually to bluetooth, but it didn't work.

Have you tried pairing your Nabu Watch to another smartphone and check if the behavior persists? Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message after putting the 4-digit number? Save it via Google Drive, then send the shareable link via PM. Also, include the serial number of your device, so I can verify its model and take a closer look. Let's continue from there.
