My Razer Naga Classic Edition Doesn't Have Any Lighting

My Naga Classic Edition doesn’t have any lighting, It shows up in the Synapse and the dpi changer works, But the lighting isn’t showing up and while this has/is happening My 12 button side panel stops working like there are no detectable inputs at all

To clarify, the LMB MMB and RMB all work completely fine, and razer chroma is still available, the lights aren’t coming on when i plug it in and the 12 button panel doesn’t work, normally I’ve been able to pull it off/put it back on  and it starts working again but this time nothing I’ve tried is working I have factory reset it multiple times, i even did the reset where you hold the mouse buttons down while it’s unplugged, and I am stumped

I had the exact same issue happen today. Mouse worked normally until I installed synapse and then lights would not turn on and side panel would not register inputs. Pulling off the side panel and putting it back on got it to work again, just like you mentioned. Hopefully someone will be able to elaborate on what to do when that fails, as I am sure it is a matter of time for mine as well.
